Once you start it it goes pretty quickly, it's more busy work than anything. It's not much different than doing i18n work on any other app you would work on. If you've ever made resource files/bundles it's exactly the same concept. It just takes a long time to keep replacing all the strings. we did a little at a time until now the sheet is about 99% done. The only issue is no one seems to be translating it, which is disappointing. But it does make it easier to maintain the text since it's no longer in the code, and you only have one place to update it.
