DnD 3.5 group recruiting, Sundays at 5Pm EST

Looking to GM a beginner friendly DnD 3.5 game that is open to beginners. Comes with pre-genned characters scanned from the box set or you can make your own. Game runs every Sunday at 5PM EST(11pm GST +1). Game will be weekly at the same time each week. Send me a message and I will reply asap. Any type of communication can be used during games but prefer mic. We have only been through one short session so far so you are not missing much yet.
I have played 3.5 before, but not much. I would be up for it and am available at that time.
My wife and I would both be interested. She's more of a bard type, and I play Wizard in 3.5. I wouldn't be opposed to some extra quests for scribing scrolls, and later crafting wands so that I have something to do when my spell slots run out :P
That is 8:30am for me on Monday. Maybe I can make it. I have played 3.5 for many years but I am not English native speaker. If everyone can tolerant my bad english then I'd like to join!
If you can't say it, then you can just type it. Besides, typing things as our characters sounds fun to me. And the just speak the Out of Character stuff.
I should play an INT 6 half-orc barbarian who cannot speak common. Then I just need to say " Waaaaaah! KILL!"
LMAO you'd be surprised how fun that could be and how interesting of a concept that truly is.
I'd be interested in joining with a Goliath Fighter i might have to miss the game on the 12th or just be a tad bit late to it but otherwise should be good I've played a couple games on roll20 but sometimes need a little help but since I'm a theatre major roleplaying is never a problem :)
If Suna is playing a barbarian and Joseph joins as a fighter, I could play as a cleric. That would allow Atrimis to be a wizard and his wife to be a bard.
i have palyd som 3.5 before (a while ago) and i woud be more than happy to be abel to join this group
My wife and I are both in another game, so my wife personally wants to try both, but is leaning more towards just this game as the time works out much better for her. I'll be honest, I'm waiting to see which game actually goes through, as I've seen several all "set up" and then either people don't show, or the DM doesn't show. Since Joeseph wants to be a Goliath fighter, which I am assuming is not a scanned character, are we all going to make our own characters? I just want to be a Gray Elf. Nothing super special about them except +int -Str IIRC.
Is this group still happening? Are there any slots available? I have experience with pathfinder, but not with roll20, but I am very interested in learning. Sunday evenings work well for me.
Are there anymore slots available? And how long will the session will last?
At this moment the group is full but keep an eye on this thread come game time. There are always no shows.
Heya Iron, are we using pregens, or are we making our own characters? I know you said pregen, but you also said or bring your own... In case there's a wizard I'm not entirely happy with, and/or lack of a Bard for my wife... we'd like to have them set up before sunday.
If any spot open up i'd be up for it. I'd like to play a human rogue
The group is full for the moment, as IronHide said. We are currently a dwarven cleric, an Elven Ranger (my Wife), A human wizard (me) from the first game... and I think Ive heard people talking about a paladin, bard and fighter. There were alot of noshows at the first game so you can always try to make your characters and keep an eye out in this thread on sunday to see if there are any spaces to fill this time as well.
sundays are great for me. Let me know if any no shows.
are you on today, if so can i join
I'm interested also, if you ever need a fill in.
I'm very experienced in 3.5 and would love to join in regularly. I can keep things pretty minimalist and help any newbies to the system :)
I have very little experience in tabletop RPG, but I have the books (D&D 3.5.)Tell me where to read, or where to get information and I will be all over it. I just need some direction to get me started.
