Can the money donated to you from gift subscriptions be used to buy modules or is it only for subscriptions? I'm curious because I'm going to be buying Storm Kings Thunder this weekend and my friend who will be playing in it asked if he donated through roll20 to me if I could use that money towards it.

It only applies to subscription time, although I think there's an existing suggestion to let it be used for anything in the marketplace.
