There are some nice tokens for traps in a game that I purchased. I would like to leverage these tokens in a different game that I am creating. Is there a way to copy those tokens from a purchased game into my art library?
I don't believe there is directly. If you have a paid subscription, you can transmogrify the characters, maps, or handouts over to another game, and then modify from there. If you can see the images in a handout, you should be able to right-click and save the image as well, which you could re-upload into your library for use in other games.
Easiest way might be to create a duplicate game and then delete out all the stuff you don't need. (Journal entries and such) Then bring in your custom content. Doesn't really help combining module assests from multiple purchases.
