[Online] [Pathfinder/5e] [EST] DM LFP for players for RP-heavy, hardcore campaign

Hi, folks, I am looking to jumpstart a campaign using either PF or 5E - still undecided on the system, could sway either way. The main focus of this campaign would be for the party to make their way through a homebrew setting, with rich lore and developed factions, as they maneuver through an open-ended story. I got most of the overarching elements down, though I think a lot of the smaller-scale elements of a story are what makes it more vibrant... I guess I'll figure those out on the go! I intend this to be a campaign well-geared towards role-playing, and I hope to find some players that are not just interested to interact with the world itself but also with their fellow party members. I'll do my best to enable this. However, I am also a big fan of keeping the players in a grueling setting, with the real threat of danger around the corner. This won't mean constant combat - but strife of some sort will be part of it. NOTE: This campaign will feature adult content, but I don't have any patience for player-instigated sexual violence. Regarding play time, I have a weird schedule so it might require a bit of flexibility, but EST evenings some weekday is probably the most likely time that I'll be available. My favorite kind of characters to makeup for role play are the large, monstrous, but kind characters that I have to make up the character trying to get over being treated like a monster. My favorite types of characters that I like making mechanically are Barbarian grapple build characters. I've got ideas but I'll tell you that over call. The one thing that makes a game ruined for me's funny stories with serious undertones, I like the other way around. My favorite series I've watched lately was how to get a girl in a dungeon, it's English name is bad what's a good anime. My favorite genres are fantasy Adventures. Peachsummers

Hi there, i'm Sam, 24 years young from Ireland and I'd be interested in this, I much prefer 5e to PF but know both very well. For Times, being EST centered shouldn't be much of a concern, I tend to stay up to early hours of the morning and am quite used to playing with folks from the States even though they can be up to 8 hours behind me.  In terms of characters I like to play I tend to go for quirky, definitely someone that demands being remembered, for good or bad. I tend to play spell casters more often than martial based characters but I can play both and know the system of PF and 5e well. I can give you examples of other characters i've played in other games in a bit more detail if you want a better idea for my characters tendancies (My Skype is funkymcfunk1) (Oh and also, Peachsummers). Requests for a game, nothing much there really, I tend to like games with a center hub rather than a game thats heavy exploration and the party have no base, however its not necessarily a deal breaker. In terms of things that make a game unenjoyable for me is definitely NPCs who are stronger than the party...in the party...doing the party's work for them and taking their glory, I've been in way too many games where it felt like the PC's where not the main characters of the story -,- I tend to watch anime more than TV shows and at the minute I am watching One Piece and Jojos Bizarre Adventure. One piece is over 700 episodes though, but Jojo's is much smaller

Hello name is Joshua or Squishie I am 27 I have played a lot of Dnd and pathfinder would like to get more into 5e but not picky, I Dm/Gm mostly miss being a player. Peachsummers, Would recommend show wise would be Stranger Things just finished it, Supernatural, eureka, Digimon, X-Men animated series,  many many others. Peachsummers. Time frame would be any time after 6 pm most days work morning as a cook.
