[LFG] 3.5e,4e,or 5e

Hi I am a returning player looking to shake the rust off. I like to try to make interesting characters, and tend to give a decent backstory to my characters. I am looking to play any day of the week starting at 6pm CST or later. Id like to use either skype or discord for speaking, I am also fine with pure text. I currently want to try to make a lamia/naga character. Thinking on paladin or antipaladin. It would be interesting to see a creature usually described as evil to adjust to society and be accepted by a party. I also would like to work with the GM/DM to create my character, as it has been a while since I have played. It would allow me to make sure I am doing things right. If the 3.5e 4e or 5e is not your type of game, though I have never played it. I would be willing to try Pathfinder! You can PM me for my skype so we can work things out. I wish you the best of luck finding a game.  I am one of the DMs for a 4e campaign called Living Guild that is recruiting new players right now, however the pickle is that Lamia/Naga are not playable races.  There are plenty of monster races, several of which make good Paladins and Blackguards (Hobgoblin, Goblin, Kenku, Orc, Bugbear) but nothing that is a naga or lamia unfortunately.  About the closest you could get would be to go with a refluffed dragonborn that has mostly snake features, but that would depend on whether that feels enough like the target for you. If you can't find a game to let you play directly what you want and/or are interested in trying out the Living Guild just toss me a PM.

I dont see anything wrong with refluffing a dragonborn. Issue is, can is essentiall forgo a lot of bonuses to have the typical lamia shape. Human upper half and snake lower half.
