Dumb question but how do I change my display name and image? I changed them here <a href="https://app.roll20.net/account/" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/account/</a> but it does not seem to change on these forums I found this <a href="http://community.roll20.net/discussion/232/user-names/p1" rel="nofollow">http://community.roll20.net/discussion/232/user-names/p1</a> but it does not appear to work.

I'd recommend cleaning your browser cache and try changing your settings again afterwards. Double check that you're clicking on "Save Changes" to make them stick. Let me know if this is still giving you trouble.
