Following doing some work on macros yesterday, I can no longer see messages I post in chat or see any rolls I make through chat or macros. If I clear the chat log and then either post anything or run a macro, it instead puts into chat a duplicate of the chat log since I last cleared it before this bug began (10:24 pm BST yesterday). The macro work I was doing was building a visual effect into a roll template macro in D&D 4e. The section of chat log it loops stops before I was successful, I think the failed attempts around this point were simply the visual effect macro in double curly braces. Once fixed so that the macro ran and effect displayed, these macros worked until I refreshed the page, at which point the bug began.
