Change game home page color settings, not just background

I'd like the option to invert the game home page colors to black background and white text. Currently we only have the option to change the background, and only 4 options at that. If we could get solid color options, or even be allowed to add our own custom backgrounds I think that'd be an improvement. Thank you for your time.
