Is there a way to import some of the material from purchased modules into a homebrew?

I have bought LMoP and SKT, and want to use the some of the token's and other materials in my homebrew campaign. Is there a way to import these tokens/other materials into another game without having to remake.

A purchased module is used as the seed for creating a Game, and will set it up with all of the initial details of the model.  If the creator of a Game is a Pro Subscriber, they can use the  Transmogrifier to copy individual pieces of content (Map Pages, Characters, Handouts, Rollable Tables, etc) from that game to other games they have created.  Anyone that buys a module can create a Game from that module as a starting point for building a homebrew game.  If all you want are characters, the  Character Vault can be used to copy characters from a module Game to a homebrew Game.
I am the game's creator. I was wanting to copy Monsters & their tokens from the modules into my homebrew campaign

As a Plus subscriber, you can use the Character Vault to do this.  If you haven't created the homebrew Game yet, you could create the game from the module in question, then remove the portions you won't be using (or archive them if you think you might want them later).  You could also adjust your subscription to a Pro level temporarily, copy all the assets you want, then downgrade to Plus again.
