Stuck on loading screen

after searching the forums for the solution and trying the solution listed for <a href="https://app.roll20.net/editor/?forcelongpolling=true" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/editor/?forcelongpolling=true</a> still not loading, have attempted on another computer in the house and tried clearing cache and everything else. It kicked me out mid game and have been unable to get into any campeign.

Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

seems to be fixed now, however none of the above seemed to work, kinda fixed itself after the session ended...
