Looking for a few players for an impromptu Eberron scenario, starting about 1.5 hours from the time of this post. Note from the DM: Okay, I'm itching to run something. D&D 4th Edition, Level 1, set in Eberron. Any official material allowed, but please make someone who can cooperate with and has reasons to know the random group of characters that are likely to wind up in this game. I'm not really prepping anything. I'll pull maps and pogs off of Roll20. I'm open to ideas, but here are a few I have. Trust Monsters: "Sensational New Breakthrough in Elemental Air-Travel! Become the Envy of Other Major Governments!" Only you're going to steal it directly under the nose of the infamous Zilargo intelligence service. The Taking of the 3:10 to Sharn: Emerald Claw agents have sent a lightning rail rocketing toward the City of Towers. From on board, you will need to slow it, crash it, divert it, whatever you have to do and can keep the agents and other passengers from preventing you from doing. Not My Vault: House Kundarak has made it clear that your discretion will be rewarded in the matter of the goblin raid on one of its underground repositories. Just see that the schema they took is returned intact. I'll be on Roll20 at 10 AM Pacific Time, doing a little set up. I'd plan to kick off by about 10:30 and play until 2:30. This would be intended as a one-off, with as satisfying a conclusion to the adventure as we can manage in about four hours. I'll take up to five players. Don't worry about covering or overlapping roles. Also, just killing everything won't necessarily be the way to achieve the primary goals, but I can be flexible about that. If you're interested, go here to the LFP listing and post. We're particularly interested in players that have at least a bit of 4e experience.
