Very confused, I received a request to join, went away to do other things, came back, can't find it. Combined with an issue I am having with another game, I feel like there is more than one forum per game, but only one is easy to find. Is there a second forum? If so, how do I find it?

DMs can rescind invitations. Maybe the DM sent you one, filled the slot with someone else, and removed the invite. That happens sometimes.

Are you looking for the LFG post for your game (The public forum that people post applications for your game in)? To find that, go to the game's page and you should see this: Click the Looking for Players button, and select Manage Listing. That's probably the second forum you're asking about as well.
