Sounds like the campaign doesn't have a sheet type assigned to it in the settings. Go to the campaign page, and click settings>game settings. Scroll down until see the character sheet template, and make sure you have the 5e Shaped sheet selected, then click save. If the 5e sheet is already selected, your in-game sheet may have become corrupted, and I'm personally unsure how to fix that.
