Thanks for the replies. :-) I had seen the Jabra speakerphone and had even looked at the Yeti, but wasn't sure if they would work or not. And was concerned about the possible feedback from an open mic and speakers. So, now that I know that the various options are viable, I shall endeavor to implement one of them. I already have speakers, but they plug into my one mic jack on my laptop, so either something USB or a combined mic/speaker was going to be required. I think I'm going to go with the Samson Meteor Mic USB Studio Microphone ( https://amzn.com/B00FQE337M ). TheWirecutter ( http://thewirecutter.com/reviews/the-best-usb-microphone/ , LOVE wirecutter) listed the Yeti Blue as their top pick, but was a bit pricey for me. Right now, we only game about once a month, so I had real problems convincing myself that it was worth $130. <wry smile> Honestly, since I don't do any other web audio or recording stuff, the $70 for the Meteor is kinda up there but... ding-dangit, I want us to be able to focus on the GAME not the stupid sound and sitting and walking around with headphones on. :-) One thing that just dawned on me that will hopefully help us is my realization that one of us can cast the screen (map, etc.) to the Chromecast on my TV so everybody (locally) doesn't have to be flipping back and forth between their characters and the map to see what's going on. (Yes, they mention having another monitor to turn around, but I don't have an additional monitor but I DO have a TV with Chromecast. :-) ) It will be about a month (10/15 is next session) before I'll be able to TRULY report how it works for me. I'll try to get it going and do a bit of testing before then and let ya'all know. :-) Again, thank you for the helpful replies. Have a good one and... game on! To be continued within a month... :-) Michael
