/roll displaying extra code

ISSUE When making rolls in chat (both /roll and /r) the results will most often a string of code along with the roll results. This does not always happen, but it seems to occur 4 out of 5 times. For Example: rolling 3d4 (3+ 4 + 4 ) = 11 rolling 3d4 (3+3+2) = 8 CONFIGURATION I have witnessed this behavior on MacOS 10.7 using both Chrome and Firefox (latest versions). It occurs for both the GM and the Player. REPLICATION Any /roll seems to be affected by this. It appears that the greater the number of parameters the roll uses, the higher the failure rate.
OK. An edit and some additions: -- I just realized that my copy of the /roll 3d4 results were processed by the forum system, so they look fine. The attached image shows the problem. -- I noticed a similar report by Bryn that hit shortly before mine. He correctly assessed that the erroneous code shows up for critical hits and fails. -- Per Riley Dutton's response, I closed out and reloaded into the campaign. The problem persists.
Sorry about that, give it one more reload. Forgot to push a button on the server :-)
It looks like it is working correctly now for both GM's and players. All is right in the universe, again.

Yup saw the same in my game session last night. Was about to raise a bug report but obviously won't bother now!
