[LFP] YouTube group starting new D&D 5e campaign

[Game is filled currently - 9/23/16] We are a group of Youtubers who decided we wanted to do some role playing, so we are organizing a weekly Monday night game starting at 7:00 pm EDT, which I also plan to stream to twitch. I am a brand new DM, so keep that in mind, and most of the players so far are new to role playing also, but two have us have been playing for years. They are starting 1st level characters, and I'm running them through the Storm King module, so plenty of gaming fun to be had. We are a mature group who likes to have fun, but won't get too silly, and we will lean towards narrative more than rule mongering. Hey Lucien, I'd be open to joining an upcoming game running Monday evenings. I'll spare you having to read an essay, and just say I've played my fair share of dnd and enjoy both the RPing aspects and the mechanical ones. That said a question. How many players do you plan on having, not counting the GM?

Howdy Lucien, Sounds like a blast. Been looking forward to going through Storm King module. Monday night works great for me time wise. I've played a decent amount of dnd and enjoy playing with new players. I'm outgoing with good sense of humor, enjoy teamwork, and willing to play any class that helps the party.

Hey Lykayos, the plan is to have 4 to 5 players, and we are sitting at 3 thus far, I'm not opposed to more as I am running 7 in my home game, but I dont want the quality of the audio to be an issue, which is why I think most of the streaming rp shows keep their numbers lower unless in a studio like Critical Role, or the Hyper_Rpg games. As for you and Teagray, once I get home tonight from work, I'll try and setup a time to have a quick chat to see if we would be a good fit. Thanks for responding.

Hi there! I'm interested in participating as well. I'm experienced with 5th Edition and also played on a Roll20 game that was broadcast on Twitch so I'm used to it and my mic/camera setup should be good. I'm also used to playing with all types of players, seeing as I'm relatively new to tabletop gaming myself (only started a year and a half ago) compared to the stalwart veterans on here who've been playing since it was invented. But I love the storytelling aspect of these games and that's what's kept me hooked! Hope to hear from you!

Ayo, this sounds like a campaign I would like. Names Mimi or Gigi, whichever you prefer, I have a twitch that I plan to start up next month or so, called DoubleGi (I'm so original aren't I?). I'm not the newest to D&D or roll20, I DM two sessions, and have played a few once offs. Luckily, Mondays are one of the days that I pretty much never have work, like ever, praise be to me.&nbsp; I have the players handbook in hardcopy and know most of it pretty well so I wouldn't have to be searching for things often. Umm other info, female, age 20, located in the US, EST, if any of that matters to you.&nbsp; I absolutely love working together as a team rather than min/maxing, which I feel takes away a bit of the fun, but to each their own.
