Mic isn't working?

I logged into a game and half the players said they were able to use a mic, while the other half couldn't. On my end the mic was working, but chrome for some reason was automatically blocking roll20 despite me setting it to be unblocked. Even unblocking in manually didn't work. Any help I could get would be great!

I'm sure you've done some or all the steps but lets go through them one more time on the off chance something was missed or assumed. Step 9.4 is very important to supply once you are sure all the other steps have been tried.
