Is it possible to focus on a token/character or to have the player's view locked to their character's token? Also, when players open a map is it possible for the map to load up to where their character is?
No, it's not possible. The API has a function that's supposed to work similarly to the GM's Shift+Ping (move everyone's view to the selected point), but as I understand it, that function currently only affects the GM.
