Windows 10 touch screen issues

Both the website itself and the in-game seem to have various issues with scrolling, moving windows, selecting from drop-down menus and similar issues. Is there an appropriate way I can address this locally or way to work around the problem? Just using the web API, not looked if there is a windows 10, assumed there wouldn't be as it doesn't seem like it would be something worth doing...
An example of what you can't do with a touch screen. Clicking into game system box when creating a new game, the drop down appears but you can't select or move the selection in any way. Keyboard selection is a work around but it seems unusual and not something I've had issues with on any other website.

Surface pro 4. Issue is present in both tablet mode and windows mode. I know Windows 10 isn't perfect as far as touch screens go and using the pen does resolve most issues. But there is no issue for these sorts of things on other sites so it seemed like something worth bringing up. Issues; Using touch screen you can't: Select or interact with drop down on web settings: e.g. create a game, select game system, can't scroll up/down, picking even from the top of the list is largely non-responsive even when finger trail is showing from touch interaction. Move windows when in game resize windows when in game I can't think of others off the top of my head but I'll try to update. it's bearable as I can go find the pen/return to the PC, but if it's something that can be resolved that'd be great.

I just bought myself a Surface Pro 4, so I'll be able to troubleshoot for this first hand. I'll look into this. Thank you for the bug report.

How've you found it, as without the pen i find certain things almost impossible and even with the pen it can be awkward. Not sure if i'm missing some alternate ways of doing things. e.g. moving players to different maps, which i just tried to do, then gave up.
