Buddy of mine is having audio issues

This is what my buddy posted on the roll20 subreddit "Alright, so I've been trying to use Roll20 with my group. Now, the site works fine, no worries there, but if any Roll20 window is open on my device, I lag out of any voice chat programs. Razer Discord Google Hangouts Roll20's own voice chat None of these allow me to transmit (or receive) voice without lagging to hell. Closing roll20 fixes the issues. I have a decent enough internet (ping 10, dl of 22 mbps) and PC (Running Discord, ARMA 3, iTunes, and Chrome simultaneously with no issues) However, somehow roll20 makes me unable to transmit or receive. Has anyone else experienced this issue? edit: Oh yeah, and the browser used doesn't make a difference. Chrome, FF, and Edge all do the same thing. Honestly, at this point I'm more puzzled than anything. This makes no sense to me."

Your friend should likely start off with these first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) It's also easier to troubleshoot if your friend pops over here in this thread or makes their own in this subforum. Then we can have an easier time passing suggestions back and forth.
thank you working on it now :)
