No API Scripts are working for me

Hi all, Thanks for any help with this as im only very new to this stuff. Running my first game (using roll20 platform) and using storm kings thunder module. I loaded up token mod script and copied in bloodied and dead status markers script. Neither seem to be working. No auras or dead symbols seem to come up and no even the help command for token mods is working either. My friend who has used this platform for a little while and is more tech savy talked me through how to set it all up and still wont work. Thanks in advance

Open up (in separate tabs) your campaign(i.e. after pressing Join Game) and the API scripts page of your campaign. Press 'Restart API Sandbox' on the latter. What can you read in the log window of that page, if anything?

Hmm, looks as if the API is never actually starting up. I would offer to have a look in person, but on my phone right now.

Looks like its permission based problem as im using a work laptop. Scripts work fine from my wife's laptop

Strange.  The scripts all run on a server, so local permissions shouldn't affect their startup.  If it persists, definitely post back.

it seems to be working intermittedly now from my work laptop, ill see how it goes

Are there any errors in the API Console?

@The Aaron - sorry mate, not sure how to check, very bad it this type of thing, it doesn't say so. It just doesn't complete starting up

as i said works fine from other computers

I'm having the exact same problem, from my home computer.

To clarify, are you in-game on a separate tab while you're attempting to restart the API sandbox?

Yes, but I've also tried out of game. Same issue.

@Silvyre - yes i am in 2 separate tabs. 1 im in the game and the other has the api script open to restart it

Seems to have corrected itself - not sure how but thank you for your help people
