Thanks everyone who was interested, I'm pretty sure I responded to all of you. If I missed someone then there's still time to yell at me and remind me that I missed you. I've talked to lots of people over the last few days and later tonight I'll pick the three players who I feel are the most enthusiastic, the newest, and fit best together as a group. I'll try to make sure I let all of you know either way, whether you're chosen or not. "Newbie Players, what do you mean!?" I'm specifically looking for players who are fresh (or fresh-ish) to 'Tabletop RPGs' in general and want to learn. "But why!?" I'm looking to start a long-term game with the intention of giving a group of newbies a fun first experience to help get more people hooked on my favorite past-time. "OK, I'm a newbie... but What's Pathfinder!?" Pathfinder in a nutshell, is just D&D 3.5 Edition rebalanced and tweaked. It gives the classic D&D experience that most people think of when they think of table-top RPGs and all their material is available for free online on the creators website. That means no cash entry barrier for newbies! Details: I'm looking for 3 players to start off with (The 4th will be a friend of mine who's more experienced). I'm looking to start sessions on Thursday nights @ 11pm EST and run for 3-4 hours, on a weekly basis. I'm hoping to make the campaign a long-term recurring thing that slowly turns a group of newbies into awesome roleplayers. We'll spend the first session dealing with character creation and deciding what sort of theme the group wants for the campaign. A Working microphone is required, as we'll be using voice chat to play. Please PM me if you're interested and I'll get back to you so we can have a short chat. The 3 players will be chosen based on enthusiasm and how well I feel they fit with the group, and not necessarily on a 'first come, first serve' basis.
