Player LFG willing to learn any system

Hi folks! I've only played pen + paper games once - it was a GURPS campaign so that's the only system I'm really familiar with. I'm game to learn as I go with any system, though :] I'm more of a roleplayer than a roll-player, so if you're looking for a "party composition" (we need a healer, we need a tank etc) campaign I might not be that good a fit for you. I'm totally cool with picking from a list of premades if that's what you'd prefer; That's especially cool if it's a system I don't know. I tend to enjoy alternate history or sci fi settings, but I'm cool with the standard medieval fantasy setting too, just give me some background on the campaign :] I'd love to join a regularly scheduled campaign! My availability is: After 3:00 PM PST/11PM GMT on weekdays Saturdays are free Sundays any time except late at night (have to get up early the next day.)

Howdy - I run a GURPS 4E campaign Tuesday nights at 6 PM MST that goes for 3 hours or so. It's a modern day law enforcement / mystery game that takes place in the boot heel area of New Mexico. The group of characters are dealing with random crimes, drug cartels, and corrupt politicians. Stuff is about to hit the fan, so they could use all the help they can get. We currently have 3 players besides the GM (me) and have been going for almost 3 months now. They're a great group of true role players and its been a true highlight of my GMing career. GroovedSpines, I got your PM; I'm trying to get a reply sent out shortly, but it's kinda busy around my house today. I do have space for at least one more player in the Tuesday game for anyone else reading.
