Shaped and SKT NPC initiative issue

I am using the 6.1.1 Shaped 5e Character sheet with the Storm King's Thunder campaign.  My characters can click their initiative and the roll happens, they get added to the turn order, all is well.  However, I have my NPC sheets open, select my NPC on the screen, then click "Initiative" and it always rolls "0".  I tried to make a macro per the latest upgraded SKT notes say (but using the "shaped" initiative code):  %{selected|shaped_initiative} When I hover over the "0" the formula says: Rolling d20 + + 0 I am not sure if it's an issue with the NPC character sheets in SKT after the update or if it's my macro code above -- but I get the same result when I click the word "Initiative" on the NPC sheet as well..... Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.  Currently I am manually rolling my initiative for combat of NPCs but I'd prefer to have a working macro or NPC Character sheet.    Edit to add: I am also currently using the latest Shaped Companion Script as well

Can you invite me to the game? I presume conversion has caused something to be weird.
I will send a PM your way with the invite link....

I tested the manticore, a scout, and a named guy and all of their initiatives work as I expect. I clicked from the sheet. Is there a specific creature that isn't working?
Yes, if you go to the Dripping Caves page, none of the Orc or Goblins initiatives work (at least in the middle) -- or at least I can't get them to.  I then go to open their pages and try from their NPC Character sheet and notice I have to wait a moment for the stats to populate and even then, I never get anything from them other than a "0".  I tried another character on another page (one of the named giants) -- initially I used my macro to try and get Initiative since it's tied to a character sheet -- got a "0" but when I opened that character's sheet, waited for it load (took 10-15 seconds), then clicked "Initiative" on it's NPC Sheet, I got a successful initiative roll.  I can see maybe some of it being a "timing" issue while it loads the character sheet and then the data....but the Orcs and goblins I have no clue what's wrong with them....

Ahhhhh, yes, I understand now. You must open every character sheet at least once for it to convert.
That makes so much more sense now, thanks Kryx......the macros would work so much better if Roll20 itself, could access that data in the background without having to open the character sheet but, at least now I know how to make it work properly and I really appreciated your assistance here!  Thanks again!

You only have to open it once. Then it can function properly.
I found when running SKT to click the purple "link" on everything when first reading through, especially the NPC/monsters, it helped to make everything like this work correctly.
