[Online][5e or Pathfinder]Looking for Homebrew/Sandbox Game

Hello, I'm looking for any games that are especially high in terms of lack of limits, without it basically being a godmode campaign (from the start). I'm interested in all types of gameplay, but I especially like classical mythology, the chance to become really powerful (deity ranks etc.), fighting, roleplaying, romance and of course, politics and strategy. The character I'd like to play is my old standby: a Gold Half-Dragon Chaotic Good Fighter. Thanks.

5th ed, Nentire Vale world custom, there is still the whole world that is blank, Nentire Vale is only 1/8 of it. I try and custom make campaigns to player groups. The world as a whole is constantly evolving as each group interacts with it. Just a heads up, scheduals are in flux for the next 2 months due to hunting seasons and holiday travel.
