I'm familiar with both 3E and 4E rules, and have several characters ready to go. I'm reasonably comfortable playing any of the core archetypes, in whatever race/gender/nationality suits the campaign. I'm currently free whenever, just let me know.
I would be interested as well and even possibly willing to run. My only caveat is that I don't know Roll20 that well yet. I'd prefer 4th ed as I own ALL the books and .PDFs.
Probably should have mentioned, I'm brand new to Roll20.net, so there's no way I could run a campaign on it right now. I'm fine with 4E if that's what everybody prefers.
I have been wanting some cyberpunk something ever since i read snowcrash and Nuromancer back to back :P Id be happy to play though im new to the system.
4.0 is vastly different from 2.0. 3.0 was just some minor tweaks to the rules and advanced the plot about another 3-5 years, but 4.0 overhauled most of the core mechanics, brought the world ahead a decade, and made some major changes to the way a lot of things worked, such as the wireless Matrix and the introduction of Bioware.
Throw me in that group too ElTacoLad....Cant wait for the new CRPG to come out (it's this year). That will at the very least take a little bite out of the SR hunger.
Are you talking about SRO? Yeah, that's actually how I found out about roll20.net. I put a post up there, too, looking for a GM. Hopefully we can find somebody.
That's the one. Cant wait for that to come out. I was a bit bummed that they moved release date to May, but I've waited since the 90s for a good adaptation (the Sega game was awesome) so a few extra months shouldn't be too horrible.
Looking to join a shadowrun game. Hoping for a normal game that can possibly go into the higher tier difficulty levels for elites after I get familiar with the game mechanics. I'm looking to play a game with experienced players who don't mind aiding a newbie.
