I've taken a close look at the Plus and Pro subscriptions. For the most part, they features provided in in each justify the cost, and more importantly, the "premium" of the features for each level match the amount you pay. The one area this is not reflected in is "Transmogrifier". The ability to use assets you personally create again shouldn't cost $9.99. The Plus subscription allows you to migrate characters to and from games, but not assets? Both the ability to import and export characters, as well as being able to use the game assets you take the time to create, should be free for everyone. At the very least "Transmogrifier" should be moved to the "Plus" subscription level. I understand charging for things like "animations", "premium tokens", "scripts". But in this instance it feels like Roll20 took essential features of their service and put them behind a paywall to force people to pay. Between the tokens and campaigns you sell (including those from partnering with Wizards of the Coast) though the marketplace, and the subscriptions you will continue to get, I can't see this change making a significant impact in the revenue you receive.
