Hide a player's HP from himself?

I'm wondering if it's possible to get the following setup on a token via scripting: Player A can move the token around the battlefield. Player A cannot see the token's green bar. The GM can see/edit the token's green bar. Optionally, players other than A can see the token's green bar. The concept I'm gunning for is a character who's been cursed to be unable to feel pain, and accordingly can't tell how injured they are. Is this asking too much of R20's scripting system?

Give the player a token to a blank sheet, have him type damage taken into the green bubble, and use  This script to set his hp to max minus the tokens green bubble
Within the Token's Advanced Tab , uncheck the 'Edit' box next to the relevant Token Bar; no script needed.

Does that also hide the bubble when you click on it? I was unaware of that. Hmmmmmm. Useful info
Yes, the Radial Bubble is also hidden.
