Changing the selected Token

Hi there, Fairly recent subscriber, i'm just getting the hang on the API. Though i read the wiki, i can't seem to find how the selection is handled. I'm using a turn tracker and i'd like to modify the script so that the selected token is changed accordingly. Thanks for pointing me in the direction.

Alas, the API cannot change which token you have selected in the tabletop.  Though I believe there are scripts that e.g. highlight the token at the top of the turn order. 

Well, that's too bad. Indeed the script i use provides a marker that highlight the token at the top, but it would have been convenient that the selection is changed. Thank you for your prompt response.
