"Ghost" players

I currently have three players that I didn't green light, at least one of which joined 'by accident.' Of the three, I only have the capability to kick one of them. The popup fades out on the other two when I attempt to give them the boot. What gives?

Probably what happened is the following: 1) You or someone else released the join link somewhere. Anyone that sees this link can join. 2) When a person has a 'short' avatar image you need to do the following: Hover over the avatar image -> left click and hold while you move the mouse over the options -> release the left click, the options should still be there and you can now promote or kick the person. If #2 does not help please let me know. Usually the problem is the avatar image. - Gauss

There you go again. I managed to eliminate one, already tried the click and hold, and we are still "all clear" on the snark. Thanks much. I did notice the 'short' avatars seemed to be the most troublesome. However, the (to the naked eye, and collision/prompt wise) shortest, was also the one that I was able to kick. No worries on the others really, they've not responded either way. Housekeeping more than anything else.
