[LFG/LFGM] Changeling The Dreaming

http://www.scribd.com/doc/52170069/Changeling-the-Dreaming Ever since I stepped into the RPG Section at Barns & Nobles, and seeing this colorful Cathedral-type Colored-Glass Emblem on the front of this hardback RPG Book I fell in love with it. I purchased a copy of it and showed it to all of my friends, however at the time we found the British-English writing so confusing, and the concepts of the game itself to be just as confusing, and seeing the combat system of lacking, just like all Whitewolf games with their "Botched" system of combat. However we dug into it, tried to understand it and play it ourselves, we even went so far as to acquire other sourcebooks for the game, and even tried to find other players that had experience with the game. But years passed, me and my friends graduated and started working, going off to college, or settling down with families of our own. We never did get to play together as a group, and we all regret it. Although recently I went through my closet and came across the colored-glass cover once again and was inspired to study the rules once more. And now that I understand the game somewhat, I was hoping to find someone with more experience with the game to host a campaign, or even take turns in a Round-Robin campaign, and if I don't find anyone to host the campaign, I shall run the game myself. However I would appreciate finding someone with more experience with the game system so things run more smoothly. For the campaign itself, I am thinking about Japan being the venue of the Story, and using Anime, Manga, and even Hentai as the inspiration to the Characters, and the Storyline itself. Seeing just how far we can push our Fae characters if they took on the shape, persona, and identity of Anime-stylized characters with Powerful Mecha, Demonic Powers, or Alien appearances as the inspiration as they go through their chrysalis phase.
Hello my name is [GM] Keaggan and we have started a GM group called the GM Academy . This group is set up for all GMs, DMs, Story Tellers, and Judges to come talk shop, get advice, receive help with the mentor tools and discuss anything related to building and running a campaign. We are also build tools and links to help our fellow GMs. If you can't find the help you are looking for here you are more than welcome to join and ask for help there :) Direct Link: https://app.roll20.net/join/234079/mWjvWw

I already know the game mechanics, I just want to find people with more experience who have actually played the game to make it more efficient.
Are you familiar with Land of Eight Million Dreams, Allan?
Yes I have read the book, but like Keaggan, this doesn't help, and is almost irrelevant to the topic since LO8MD takes place in China, not Japan. Does anyone actually READ the posts anymore, or is it TL:DR type of people on roll20 these days?
