Just wondering if anyone is interested in a game using the Apocalypse World system, on Thursdays sometime between 4:15 - 11 pm CDT. It would be a weekly ongoing campaign. I would GM unless someone else really wanted to. As for the setting I'm thinking something kind of like the dark tower series in that it's far in the future after several apocalypses with fantasy and sci-fi elements. It would be gritty but still have a heroic feel to it. Parts would be Dark but not grim dark. The characters wouldn't be the villains. Also I'd be looking for players who aren't purely combat oriented and are interested in the roleplay/character development aspect of the game. Players who like spending most of the session in character. Since the setting is very different from a standard Apocalypse World setting I would be home brewing some things like some playbooks and moves (probably taking some ideas of magic from dungeon world) Let me know if you're interested.
