LFG - Pathfinder Player (moderate experience)

Hey, I'm currently looking to getting into pathfinder. I'd like to get into a campaign that plans to be long running, weekly or bi-weekly, and preferably week nights or sometime on Sundays. Time zone is EST. If you have a spot available in your already running or newly forming campaign please let me know. As far as the campaign setting, I'm up for most home-brew campaigns, but I was really interested in trying the Kingmaker series or something similar. But, like I said I am up for home-brew as well.
Wednesdays are great for me, I'm EST and would prefer around 6 or so on Wednesdays, Sundays anytime really. But yeah if we can find a couple more people and a DM we'd be good to go.
I'm in a similar boat with similar interests if you'd like another player. I've got a ton of RPG experience but have only played Pathfinder once and want to play more. Weekly is great for me, less frequent is fine if that meets the needs of the group. I'm available M-Th after 1:00 central time and all day Fri/Sat/Sun. I'm totally flexible on class and race. I had a chance to play a starter PF adventure last weekend at Virtuacon so have registered with PFS and all that. I just rolled up my first character on my own yesterday using PCGen. I will need a bit of a learning curve to get used to new terms and mechanics but can be up to speed very quickly with a patient group. The only thing with me is playing with people that are serious about keeping commitments. I've had a hard time here on roll20 with groups that always have someone bail out within 24 hours of game time and that's frustrating. A long-term campaign with a like-minded and responsible group is the Holy Grail for me.
Totally agree, well that's three of us, 1-2 more players and a DM is what we need.
I have 2 players lined up and I could GM, but i live in the CET timezone. Also I'm 13 and can understand if that might be a problem for some, but I can speak english fluently. If you are intrested add me on skype. my skype is n1kolamat if you don't have skype just pm me
Would love to join, i am pretty much available all the time
Okay so we have four players. Really just need a DM, could grab 1 extra player maybe.
I am interested. I can either play or GM. I don't have a ton of roll20 experience but have built a crypt of the everflame module as a test and it went well. My only limitation is time. I am EST but have 2 small kids and would need to play later at night (+8:30pm) after they head to bed. I can pretty much run any week night. Let me know. Thanks!

Just a little more background... I am older (30's) been playing D&D since 1st ed. and been a DM/GM for 20+ years. I run several systems (Pathfinder, Dragon Age, etc...) and know how to effectively scale my adventures to the party. I can roll with peoples availability and prefer larger parties so that I can run parallel quests if people have to miss a session or two. Just thought that might be helpful. -Bryon
Same here, MegA for Dm :)
I'd be interested in playing i could do it any weeknight after 7:00 CST but Wednesday is preferred. I have played pathfinder for quite a long time. MegA it sounds like you have the most experience and I'd vote for you.
Well looks like we have our group, whenever you can Mega make a campaign and invite me Thomas, Jeff, and M@G00.
Hey if you guys still have room for one more, I would love to join. I have small kids as well and after 8:30 pm EST is great for me. I am available any weeknight as well. I have a good amount of experience with PF and D&D (all editions)
We can include Damon as well, then I'd probably say we're full.
Wednesday isnt under that schedule?
Yeah sorry Damon I spaced out, Wednesday is really the best day for me too.
I already have 2 sample campaigns built and can invite you guys to either of those. Let's run through a lvl 1 session (with pregens) and feel it out. Give you guys a chance to get a feel for my play style and then expand to a broader campaign once everyone has a feel for the table. Sound like a plan?
Sounds great.
Works for me
Is everyone good with running as a google hangout?
well technically its still roll20, just an app in an app lol. Allows for easy communication in roll20 and out.
MegA said: Is everyone good with running as a google hangout? Ofc I preffer google hangout to roll20
Let's get together tomorrow night 10/23 at 8:30PM EST to run the sample and we can go from there. In the meantime I will get you guys invites and we can settle out the characters. The sample is built for 4 but I can take it up to 6 or 7 pretty easily. I have the following interested players: Brent Damon Zach M@G00 Thomas Jeff I have 4 pregens but can spin up 2 more as need be. Here are what we have for characters: Kale - L1 Human Wizard Meeris - L1 Human Cleric (Female) Ronius - L1 Human Fighter Willow - L1 Human Rogue (Female) If anyone has a preference please let me know and I will set it aside for you. I will build 2 additional L1 pregens as soon as everyone confirms for tomorrow night. -B
Sounds good
We starting tomorrow for the test run?
I would love the Wizard :)
I can be the cleric.
Yeah tomorrow night 8:30PM EST. I'll send the invites as soon as I get confirmations for everyone.
you can make a level 1 fighter or cleric for this session if you want.
I am trying to keep this session as simple as possible since it is the first one. After this session I imagine we will want to roll new characters and launch a larger campaign.

Any chance you can make a barbarian as a prege? I kinda want to try one out. Yeah Mega I think that's a good idea, maybe even have the following session just be a character creation session.
Its fine with me
Are we going to be mic'ed up? If so what is the preferred method of communication? So I can have it downloaded.
Zach... why don't you just roll one and send me the sheet and I can use it for you.
I will be Mic'd on google hangouts. Just use your gmail account to log in.
M@G00 you can do the same if you prefer.
Just send it to me ahead of time so I can review it and build your tokens and roll20 character sheet.

If there is still room, i had showed interest in this game. I can play the fighter or make one from core
Ah, sorry I didn't see the post after my initial one that you guys we're full. No worries, and good hunting.
Bent, I had you on my list. Autocorrect changed your name to Brent for some reason. You can have Ronius.
Ah ok lol thanks for clearing that up.
Okay now we're all filled up.
Let me know if any of you didn't get the PM with the link.
I just replied in the game forum, I will be there, I'll play whatever we need but usually prefer spell casters. Some background on me - low 40's, started playing DnD in the 80's with original AD&D, just got back into it since 4E. Very new to Pathfinder but I'm a hardcore gamer - boardgames, RPGs, and videogames. No kids, semi-retired so widely available in the afternoons and weekends. I've had mostly great experiences playing online with the exception of people dropping out or cancelling at the last minute. I'm cool with G+ hangouts or Roll20 directly. In my experience, it's easiest to play the game in roll20 and use hangouts for voice chat. The only difference is you have more screen space when you play directly on the roll20 site rather than "app in app" mode but I'm fine with whatever. Jeff
