Player and GM Rating

As cruel as it sounds, I'm starting to lean towards the idea of having a rating system for players and GMs where they can be ranked in categories such as punctuality, contribution, creativity, etc.  Not looking for people writing commentary on each other, just something that goes along with the current trophy system where I can glance at prospective players or GMs and see how general users rate them in key areas.  Would also like to see where people rank me since it's rather hard to get constructive feedback.  (If I totally suck as a GM in certain categories, I'd really like to know so I can fix it).

I would go for something like this. I'm happy to be rated so I can know what I need to improve upon. Although you could just ask your players how they feel about the game.

True, I have asked, but get non-critical responses like "the game's going great" which tells me very little.
