Pro account - perk question + Group PM

As a pro user - the perks mentioned include email support from devs. When I clicked on this it opened an email but with an unusable email address to send to - is this supposed to work?  Secondly, I would like to send my group a PM. I am the GM and I have opened a PM and then searched for the names of those in my group. Only those that have been playing for an extended time are listed and can be found. I have three new players that I can't find in the search bar - what can I do? Thanks, Rick

As far as the email address is concerned, it is a proper email address and will work fine.  If you get some kind of bounce notice, feel free to PM me and I'll make sure it gets seen. For PMs, only individuals that have opted in to the player directory will show up, so your older 3 players may not have done that yet.  If all your players are in a game together, you can just post in the forum there and they will all receive a notification like a PM and be able to respond together, etc.
