Image Library... AWOL? Nuked?

So I began using Roll20... yesterday. And after an hour or two of mucking around, I uploaded about a hundred pictures to use as portraits or tokens. It began with a single image. When I'd open up the artwork tab, I could pull up all my uploaded images but the last/most recently uploaded one, one I uploaded today, came up with what looks like a 'broken' image icon instead of the picture itself. I read elsewhere on the bugs forum a suggestion that I clear my cache and try again. I cleared my cache, and now, of the hundred or so pics I uploaded, I can view about... 5. The remained all have the 'broken' image icon. I'm using the most recent version of Google Chrome on Windows 7. I'm including a screencap of the Library showing all the broken icons. Is this due to a short-term server crash? Or have I killed my entire library? Thanks, JI

I don't think this is a server problem as I still have my images. This may be a campaign problem. But, before I send this off I need three pieces of information: 1) What is the name of your campaign? 2) Please go here: <a href="http://supportdetails.com/" rel="nofollow">http://supportdetails.com/</a> and tell us your specs (except IP address). 3) Could you also check your Java console (Ctrl+Shift+J) and post any errors. They will be in red. - Gauss
1) "Shadowrun" 2) See attached file 3)Here is the Java result. It *looks* like there is a few problems, but I don't speak Java. The library is back, including the first picture where it began. The VTT itself also now displayed some of the portraits I was trying to drag into the tabletop area itself, that I couldn't see before.

Coming from my limited knowledge, the log you supplied looks like the broken links were due to a hiccup with our image server. Glad to know that things are back to normal.
It's puzzling though, because that java text I copied was from this AM after the library seemed to have fixed itself. Ah well, tis far beyond my ken

Oh? Huh. I'm sorry, I thought that was a log pull while you were still dealing with the image server issues. That's wacky. So those errors still appear even now?
Yup. 1 - I noticed that the pics weren't showing properly. 2 - I hunted throught the forum and found the 'clear your cache' suggestion and did so. 3 - the problem expanded to all pics, not just a few. 4 - went to bed. 5 - woke up, saw the request for more info. 6 - checked the game and saw the pics were back and working properly. 7 - copied the java log and system details anyways. 8 - here we are now.

Okay. Thanks, Jamie. I'll double check with the Developers to make sure this won't be an issue later down the line.
