Library inaccessible

Every single time I try to get to my library through the market place pop-down-thingy, a blank page loads, innocently white, only stating "Not Authorized", which really makes me wonder how I'm not authorized to access my own library. Using Windows 7 64 bit, Firefox 49.0.2. JavaScript is enabled and my anti-virus-thingy is Avira AntiVir, but I don't think that this would actually matter, neither should my addons/extensions - since just a few days back, everything worked just fine and there weren't any program updates.
I am having the same problem as well, getting a Not Authorized screen whenever I try to go to my library through the marketplace. Windows 10 64 bit Google Chrome Version 54.0.2840.71 m (64-bit).   Extensions: Adblock Plus, BetterTTV, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides Anti-Virus: Windows Defender that comes with Windows 10 JavaScript is enabled
Hi guys, I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the site. Could you both please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
I can confirm this exact issue is also occurring on my end. Linux Mint 18 64-bit Google Chrome Version 54.0.2840.71 (64-bit) No extensions, no anti-virus Javascript Enabled Tried clearing browsing data but no dice. Will post a console log soon.
Sooo... tried switching to Internet Explorer, since I don't have chrome. Couldn't get access. Instead, got this one "HTTP 403" and the suggestion that this website might need me to log in... which I obviously already was, so, yeah. Disabled both extensions: AdBlock Plus and Video DownloadHelper as well as Antivirus-software. Problem still persists. Cleared cache - problem persists. As for the Console Log, I, uh, never did that before. Control-Shift-K opens it up just fine, it's just... it's empty. The tab called 'Console' is completely empty. I don't think it's supposed to be? The Wiki-Entry doesn't exactly state how it's supposed to look like or what it's supposed to show.
Also having these problems on both Chrome AND Firefox. "Not authorized"
Getting this as well, tried everything up there still kept happening.

Thank you for the reports, everyone! We're looking into this. In the meantime, you should be able to access your library within a game itself for organization needs.

If you go directly to the&nbsp; URL for the external Art Library, it should be back up and running. We're going to begin a phasing out process for the External Art Library, since its code base is becoming less and less in sync with the more up-tp-date art library that is within the Roll20 application itself. You can read more about our recent updates here:&nbsp;<a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/4194708/mini-update-11-slash-2-some-quality-of-life-fixes" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/4194708/mini-update-11-slash-2-some-quality-of-life-fixes</a>
Thank you - a lot. Now I'm kinda forced to deal with the ingame library, which is... a good thing, I suppose. Sooo much stuff to organize... should get on my new reading material now. Anyway - thanks for the answer.
