Just so my core players know that I am not just recruiting anyone. Here are questions I ask, interviewing the players before they even get a chance to come in. 1) How do you build you character? Class, then race, then background? A concept detailed about a favorite video game/comic/book/movie character? A character that is your favorite from another game? or Powerbuilds( Go dragonborn socerers!) 2) What would you say your playstyle is and what game aspects do you enjoy most? Heavy Roleplay? Hack N Slash? Dungeon Crawler? Long good story and plot? Balanced? 3) where do you see your character being at level 1, 5, 10, and 20, what are your characters dreams? 4) Has your character had sex? Will your character have sex? Will it be with an owlbear? 5) What is your characters religious beliefs and moral codes? 6) What offer would be irresistible enough to betray your friends? 7) What is the most noteworthy aspect of your character? 8) What is the one task your character would refuse to do? 9) What annoying habit does your best friend have? 10) Rate yourself with these traits on a scale of 0 (you barely, or do not, possess this trait) to 10 (you have great amounts of this trait): Calm temper, Cheerfulness, Courtesy, Curiosity, Forgiveness, Generosity, Helpfulness, Honesty, Loyalty, Optimism, Patience, Self-sacrifice, Valor, Wit
