Hi, To elaborate on my catchy title; I'm looking for another DM who is interested in joining me in forming a group that play on a weekly basis on one evening (around 7pm -11pm GMT). The actual day we fix as game night is somewhat flexible but a week day would be preferred. The idea is that each DM have their own game and each DM be a player in the other DMs game. Each DMs game would be played for a few months at a time before changing to the other DMs game for a period at a suitable point. This would create a chapter or episodic feel to things. This would be ideal for someone wishing to run a homebrew game but who is daunted by the task of continually creating enough content for relentless weekly sessions as there would be plenty of prep time for your game when my game was being played and vice versa. It's also great for the other players who get to develop two characters over a long time and experience two different stories. This set-up is ideal for me as I do like to make an effort with things like maps and tokens, as well as trying to create a detailed, entertaining and varied game that incorporates the players own backstories. Doing so, however, takes time. I'm sure there must be other DMs who like to do the same but, like me, would appreciate the prep time afforded by this alternating campaigns set-up. Ideally I would like to start thing off after Christmas, in the New Year, but I want to find a DM to team up with from the outset so we can then collaborate on finding like minded players who we are both happy to spend time DMing for. So, if this sounds like something you are interesting in being involved in, you can work with the GMT timezone, and you have a reasonable amount of experience DMing D&D 5e and using Roll20, please PM me or post something below and we can have a chat. I am currently DMing and have well over 1,000 hours logged in roll20 on my pro account. The more astute among you may realise why I might prefer to not post using that account. Thanks, Anonymous DM
