I'm an MDT GM looking for a Co-GM to help build and run a Pathfinder campaign weekly on Sundays. (Anytime from late morning to early evening suits me.) The basic setting and plot would be built by both GMs, and although I do have ideas in mind, it's up for discussion. Each GM can play as a PC when they are not GMing, of course. If you have a player or two as well, they are more than welcome to join in as PCs. I have 2 interested players personally. Requirements: -Some experience and knowledge of Pathfinder is a necessity, although no previous experience as a GM is required. -Communication, inside and outside game time, is crucial to developing a good story for everyone. -Constructive input on all aspects of GMing will be sought: House rules, setting, combat balancing, RP, etc. will be discussed. -Transparency with players and Co-GM is vital. If you want or need something, everyone needs to be able to ask for it! Workload -Weekly sessions, between 3-4 hours each session for 5-6 players. -Must participate in designing and running some sessions: frequency and amount up for discussion. About your Co-GM: -I crave player interaction and direction: They tell me what to do and I try to enable those desires. I lean towards more open-world style game play with overarching stories as well; whether PCs act on these stories is optional, but they still influence world events. Intense but time-efficient combat is key I find, as well as RP with a smooth pacing. In my games, I prefer that not every combat is mandatory and may be able to be solved in alternate ways. -I love showing players new places and areas to explore, but with an "HQ" of sorts that centralizes the story, and which the players may build upon and ultimately care for. -I have about 9 years experience in tabletop RPGs, most of which was spent GMing, and about 2 years experience in roll20. I have worked with Co-GMs before and have had positive experiences overall. I value punctuality, communication and, most importantly, fun in every game I play. Team-based hobbies require some commitments, or else you waste everyone's time and no one has fun! If you have any questions, feel free to send a PM or ask here in this thread.
