Star Fleet Battles or Federation Commander

Is there a way to play Star Fleet Battles or Federation Commander on this? or how would i upload the SSD's or ship charts to make a game?

I don't know the mechanics of Star Fleet Battles or Federation Commander, but it shouldn't be a problem.  Pretty much any RPG or Table Top Game can be played on Roll20.  Some games have more automation options than others and nice character sheets, but those things are not required to play on Roll20.

Great, so how would I load game materials?
