I am having this same problem.  I preordered it and now it is saying that I do not own it. I then go to my purchases and it shows that I do own it but its not working.

Volo's is not out yet. It releases today but probably won't unlock for a few more hours. Edit: Hmmm, just checked and it's now available for purchase rather than pre-order, so that should mean it's unlocked. Maybe reload and check?

It's been Nov. 4th for about 12 hours... and not a peep from Roll20 as to why we dont have access to the service we purchased. I would be considerably less pissed if they were like "Shit's fucked, working on it, sorry" and I'd be like, "Ok friend, :)" but we get nothing -.-

Sorry if that wasn't made clear. We'll do a better job in the future about being specific about the approximate time we expect things to go live instead of just the day.
