Our group currently consists of a GM and 3 stable, rather friendly (but strong personalities and very outspoken), players. We are currently looking for 2, at most 3, more people. We had a lot of people flaking out, so if even one of those points is something you can't deal with, don't bother with applying. I know this might sound rude, but we are tired of wasting time on people that can't be dependable and that show up to one session and disappear the next. 1. The system we are using is Star Wars d20 (Pretty much D&D 3.5 in Star Wars setting). No, we will not switch the system because you feel like something else is better. 2. You don't have to know the system, but you MUST be willing to learn it, there are people in the group that can help with that. 3. We play on Saturdays, every week, at 19:00 GMT+2 and we usually go for at least 4-5 hours - No, we will not change the time. 4. We use Discord to communicate by voice during games, so a working microphone is a must. No texting, it's not that kind of game. 5. You will be expected to use an outside character sheet and to download at least a player handbook, both will be provided. 6. If you have a special request relating to a character's species, our GM is willing to work with you, within reason. 7. While the game already had a few sessions, you will start at level 1. 8. You must be prepared that even if you do show up to your first session on time, it might take a while before your character can be inserted into the story. 9. If you are in a problematic point of your life and your scheduling might change - Don't apply 10. If you are during a busy school period and there is a chance you will not be making the sessions regularly - Don't apply 11. If you aren't prepared to work with people and be involved in the conversations about your character and the story. Both during sessions and out of sessions - Don't apply 12. If you have something against baby noises, yes that includes crying, during game (our GM is a father of two and stuff happens sometimes) - Don't apply 13. The games are scheduled to 19:00 GMT+2 and if you're not in game by 19:10 GMT+2, we will start without you and your character will be ignored and left behind drooling. 14. If you miss 2 sessions in a row without any explanation, you are out, no warnings. We are looking specifically for people that we CAN depend on, people who we don't have to wonder all the time "if they'll make it this time?". As I wrote in the beginning, I know this message might sound rude, but I just want to set the rules straight, so there are no doubts about anything.
