API Script Editor Returns to Top

I saw a version of this post from three months ago that was closed and there wasn't a solution posted there. So, I'm starting a new one. The issue is in Chrome on my PC using Windows 7, both the API Script editor and the API Output Console return to line 1 immediately if you attempt to scroll down. It's made it so I have to edit my scripts in a different browser or use Chrome in OSX, where I don't have this bug. Has anyone found a solution?

Another issue I'm having is that when I click and drag to select an area it appears as though I have the whole line selected instead of the individual selection. If I copy and paste I get just the selection I highlighted and not the whole line. So the problem is only visual.

It's only on certain zoom levels. try CTRL+scroll and change to a slightly different zoom.

Yeah a button that just says "top" would be very nice. Our topics windows are getting LONG...
