It is. The star wars system is the same d6 system or at least compatible with it. I have all the pdfs for the d6 system (non-star wars) and have read them a time or two.
Recently I have been looking into non d20 (besides numenera which is sweet and wouldn't mind giving Star Wars Saga a crack) games and this looks the goods.
