Ghost Players II

I've a player that, according to the 'send (x) a msg' function, doesn't exist and yet when I click on their avatar, they do. Can't msg them that route. Just FYI.

If the person has not ever logged into the Community Forum side of things then you will be unable to message them. Unfortunately this is not a bug. However, this is one area that may be improved in the current development cycle. - Gauss
Even with the 'send whoever a msg, then delete their s/n, and insert who you want to msg' trick?

If you send whoever a message, then delete the user name and insert another persons name it should not work if they are not in the inbox system. In order to be in the inbox system they must have previously logged into the community website (community.roll20.net). Logging into the application website (app.roll20.net) does not get you into the inbox system. Again, this is one area that is being looked at for the current development cycle. The hope is that a message system will be created that works across both websites. - Gauss
Understood. Preesh.
