Greetings.  I've searched the site from top to bottom and haven't found an email to direct this to, so I'll post it here and hope it'll be seen by the right eyes. Yesterday my account was a Pro account, and had been so for the last two years.  Today it is a Free account.  I've made no changes on my end.  I use Roll20 nearly daily and my games are broadcast to nearly 75,000 people.  Roll20 is my first recommendation whenever I am asked about digital tabletops, which is rather frequently.  My games are currently impacted by this, so I could really use some help as soon as possible.  My email: [removed]  Many thanks.

Check on your My Account page, and there is a link to Manage Subscription. <a href="https://app.roll20.net/account/" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/account/</a> If your subscription expired for some reason, it should say there, and when you renew the subscription you regain all the features (nothing is lost). Please email the devs at <a href="mailto:Team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">Team@roll20.net</a> if there is still any issue with your account and subscription. All financial issues are handled through emails to protect and ensure member's privacy.
