Marketplace help

Hey I was thinking of purchasing the quick encounters ship pack off the marketplace, but I am not sure how it works. See my DM is giving us a ship in a piretey campaign we are doing, as our main headquarters for the campaign. So far we have only used representations of it, drawn with straight lines...We would like it to look a lot more awesome. I was wondering, if I pay to get the tiles, can my DM use them to make the map and stuff? How does this work? Ty in advance.

You would likely want to buy the pack for your DM so that he has access to it for the Game. Another option would be for you to have a plus or pro subscription and have access to the Character Vault, then set up a character for the ship in one of your own Games and transfer it to their game using the Character Vault.

Another option is for the DM to bump you up to co-DM and you drop the token on the splash page so you don't see anything (this would be a trust issue) then demote you back down to player.

Couldn't he save the image from his art library, then simply drag and drop into the game?

Not as a player.  He could drag the image into the portrait of a character without a default token and then drag the character in.

Hey thanks guys, did not expect word back so fast. Just so you know I am bumped up to GM already, first I was just going to build a boat....if we make a pagewhere I dump all the pieces, can he move them from one page to another? Or do I need to drop the pieces on whatever Page he is using right then? 

He can copy/paste from one page to another.

The game creator and co-gms are pretty much equals inside the game so cutting and pasting from one page to another is a snap.
