I have to drop the token at the left edge of the screen and scroll bar over before moving the token left again. This makes using the measuring distance tool problematic in that direction. I don't think this issue is related, especially if its been a problem that you've been fighting with for over a year. I'd recommend creating your own thread for this issue. Let us know what you're using to move your tokens around - trackpad? mouse?
